The apartment was clean, stylishly decorated in "old money" style with modern interior and had a sauna on the terrace. The location was calm, historical with plenty of local businesses and major brand shops nearby, 25 minutes walk or 7 minutes by direct tram to Alexanderplatz. The bicycles were waiting for guests with the apartment and communication with the host was very fast and helpful.
