Volkhard was a super kind host and the apartment was clean with an iron, dishwasher, washing machine, and well-equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable and the flat had soundproof windows. The location was quiet with bus stops directly in front of the door and public transport connected to Berlin center within 30 to 45 minutes, parking space was private and accessible by lift.
