The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving umbrellas to borrow when it rained and accommodating a room change after check-in. The room was stylish, comfortable with an excellent shower, great blackout curtain, and lovely beds. The location was close to two underground stations and nice restaurants within about a 10-minute walk.
