Friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionist at check-in, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, the room was clean and warm with all necessary equipment, parking space in the underground had an additional charge, and the location was great close to Kudam, shopping mall, restaurants, and cafes.
