The hotel was located in a very good area of Berlin near Charité Hospital with easy access to public transport and major attractions. The room was on the second floor, clean, quiet with hypoallergenic linen, comfortable bed and sofa, and plenty of storage. The breakfast was served downstairs from a medium-sized buffet with eggs, oats, waffles, muffins, coffee and teas in several rooms including a little dining area separate from the kitchen. The garden was tranquil and pleasant with an honesty bar available for guests. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating by storing luggage when needed while parking was safe but tight in the garage without an elevator to upper floors.
