The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything needed including an equipped kitchen, balcony, kettle and coffee machine. The location was in a quiet side street near Schönhauser Allee with numerous bars and restaurants within a 15-minute walk. The owner responded quickly to questions and the keys were easy to pick up from a nearby shop. The flat was on the 4th floor accessed only by stairs and free use of two bikes was available.
