The apartment was spacious, clean, and well furnished in a quiet residential area. The kitchen was well stocked, and bed linens and towels were of great quality. Parking was available directly in front of the house with free parking nearby. The U-Bahn station Neu-Westend was within an 8-minute walk, providing direct access to the city center. Exterior shutters allowed for effective darkening of rooms.
