The hotel was located within walking distance of the S-Bahn station and tram stops, with a large supermarket and several restaurants nearby. The staff were attentive and provided two free drinks at check-in. Rooms with kitchens required requesting kitchen sets separately from reception. The property offered quiet surroundings despite occasional noise from nearby nightlife. A notable landmark, the egg-shaped building featured on Rammstein’s Zeit album cover, was close by for visitors to see.
