Important informationGROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.
PAYMENT: All guests will require proof-of-age ID upon check-in. The full cost of the booking must be paid at least one month prior to arrival. Late payment will result in the rooms being resold.
AGE RESTRICIONS: In Germany unaccompanied 16 to 18 only are permitted to stay in private rooms. To do so, they must present Generator's parental/guardian consent form and a copy of valid photo identification from the parent/guardian. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel.
Minors accompanied by a legal guardian/parent can book a private room.
The legal guardian/parent must stay in the same room. If relationship status is not clear, a completed parental consent form must be presented.
If minors are part of a school group that has booked an entire dormitory, they can stay in a dorm.
PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg.At Generator Berlin Mitte, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
