The hotel was immaculately clean with very friendly and helpful staff, especially Jelena. The room had purple LED lighting above the bed, a comfortable bed with duvet and many pillows, a hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee/milk, and an iron available on request. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel had a self-pay mini market open 24/7 next to reception and a lounge area on the ground floor equipped with TV showing airport flights and sockets for devices. The train station was a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it a perfect base for sightseeing in Berlin about an hour away by train.
