Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and good heating were there. Friendly staff worked 24/7 and helped with luggage after late checkout. Breakfast had a buffet selection with plenty of choice for an extra 12 euros. The location was convenient for U-Bahn, shopping arcade, and exploring Berlin's creative areas. A quiet courtyard was part of the hotel environment.
