Helpful staff, especially Judith, was very kind and communicative. Breakfast was great with an honesty bar and a nice communal lounge area. The room was large, comfortable with a good mattress topper, and very quiet at night. Free parking was available in the shopping mall parking building nearby. The location was close to U-Bahn station with direct line to Unter den Linden and near restaurants in the Templehof area of Berlin.
