The location was very good, close to the river and railway station with easy access to transportation. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, creating a warm-hearted atmosphere. Rooms were clean and comfortable, meeting expectations. Breakfast was excellent, and complimentary water was provided upon arrival.
