The room was clean, comfortable, and recently refurbished with a complete bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who assisted with transportation apps. The hotel was located close to public transport in the old part of Köpenick, near nature and rivers but it took some time to reach Berlin city centre.
