Clean, warm, and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and large fridge but no microwave, the bathroom had plumbing problems including a stuck shower drain and a toilet that almost didn't flush. The bed was worn out with synthetic bedding causing static electricity, and the TV did not work. Check-in was smooth thanks to a helpful lady coordinating via WhatsApp despite flight delays. The location was central with many restaurants nearby, about 10 minutes walk to S-Bahn Charlottenburg, and shops within reasonable walking distance.
