Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms with kitchenettes that had kettles, coffee machines, fridges, microwaves and utensils, breakfast was great with good coffee and a varied menu from 6 to 25 euros. The location was close to Bhf Zoo station, Europa Centre for bars and shopping, U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations within an 8-10 minute walk, the hotel had a small garden backyard where it was pleasant to sit.
