Rooms were incredibly comfortable with the best beds and spacious layout, breakfast was good and dinner delicious, staff were very friendly and helpful with a receptionist handling a check-in mixup well, the lobby was perfect for relaxing with coffee, and transport was easy due to the U-Bahn stop right outside, location was fantastic near Brandenburg Gate and other major sites.
