The hotel was perfectly located above a U-Bahn station just one stop from Alexanderplatz with great transport links and many bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly while the room was huge, clean, with a comfy bed and a pillow menu offering three types of pillows. The bathroom was large with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner that smelled amazing.
