The hotel was in a great location near multiple shopping centers, the Zoo, and public transport including the tourist bus 100 at the door and nearby underground stations. The staff were friendly and helpful with Tahir allowing early check-in to leave luggage. The breakfast was decent with good value for money. The beds were comfortable with great pillows, and the shower had good pressure with hot water while some rooms had bathtubs.
