Friendly staff, especially Daniel from Italy and the gentleman at reception on Sunday morning, were very helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, well heated, clean with towels changed every day, and had a soft but comfy mattress. Free water and coffee were available. The shower water pressure was impressive. The building was old but clean without any stale smell. Location was excellent in the heart of the LGBT village close to Prinzknecht, Wittenberg Platz, u-bahn stations, government offices, embassies, shops and restaurants.
