Immaculately clean with a well stocked kitchen and tasteful interiors, the house had a beautiful garden with covered seating areas and was located in a quiet backyard near the S-Bahn station. Sascha was very polite, reliable, and communicated well while welcoming guests with fresh flowers, fruit, coffee, tea, cookies, and drinks in the fridge. The bathroom was spacious and fresh with plenty of towels provided for each guest along with hotel-style beds topped with chocolates.
