The apartment was quiet, situated inside and adjacent to a courtyard despite the entrance being on a busy street. The location was convenient with many amenities nearby such as cafes, parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a weekly flea market ten minutes away, and the Museum at the Kulturbrauerei. The neighborhood had good access to subway, buses and trams with nice restaurants and supermarkets close by.
