Friendly staff were supportive and attentive, with one even bringing the correct spelling of a place to the room. Breakfast was wonderful with some of the best scrambled eggs and good variety. The room was very big, clean, well decorated with a comfy couch and nice coffee machine but needed more pods for two people over three days. The bathroom was nice sized. Location was great near numerous U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, about 10 minutes walk from Potsdamer Platz, with a bus stop right next to the hotel and some restaurants within five minutes walk.
