Very quiet apartment with a beautiful garden view and all kitchen facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine were there. The shower was very good and the flat was spacious with functional furniture in an old building. The location was excellent near Nollendorfplatz Metro Station, close to restaurants, supermarkets, local market on Saturdays, and public transport network within a 5-minute walk. The landlord was friendly and gave a warm welcome.
