The apartment was very clean, bright, warm, and well equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine in the basement, small refrigerator, and cooktop. The location was central and literally 30 seconds from the Spittelmarkt U-Bahn with a Netto supermarket 150m away. Jürgen met to hand over keys and recommended nearby places to eat while brochures for Berlin attractions were available.
