Helpful staff at reception sent details for late check-in and assisted with bus to the hotel, the room was spacious, comfy, quiet with a kitchenette perfect for city stay needs. The apartment had a cooker, washing machine, toaster and heated bathroom floor with towel warmer. The location was convenient with good public transport links near Berlin Tempelhof airport and close enough for walks while being quiet. A shared washer on site worked via an app which was useful when luggage got lost in transit.
