The neighborhood was safe and quiet, with relatively new furnishings and ample storage space in the bedroom area. A well-equipped kitchen included a coffee machine with capsules, fridge, and kitchenware suitable for longer stays. The bathroom was large and featured a washing machine. Entertainment options included a large TV screen with Xbox games.
