Friendly and very professional staff, especially the Turkish receptionist who was always smiling and welcoming, made a great impression. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes to suit most tastes with excellent hot water flow in the shower. The beds were very comfortable with terrific pillows (two kinds per person). The location was central and close to Nollendorfplatz station with two underground stations nearby for easy access around Berlin.
