Friendly staff were helpful and kind, the hotel had a paid parking lot next to it and free street parking nearby. The location was great near U-Bahn station Turmstrasse and M10 tram station with direct connections to the train station and city highlights. A small shopping centre with a big supermarket was next to the hotel, and a communal kitchen was available for preparing simple food.
