Friendly and helpful staff at reception were available 7-24 and provided free towels for each guest, the room was clean, very spacious for one person with a comfortable bed and hairdryer in the shower, excellent Wi-Fi was there, and the location was super convenient with direct access to public transport including bus, train, and tram as well as a 20-minute walk to Museum Island.
