The view over the lake was spectacular with many different boats and birds to watch, and the location was very convenient for the Berlin Messe conference centre while being peaceful. The small house was tastefully furnished with a comfortable bed and good equipment, including a cozy Swedish stove and a grill on the terrace. The host was very friendly and responsive, arranging perfect check-in by phone and SMS with clear instructions. The connection to all sights was good by bus and train from this tranquil retreat in nature yet close to Berlin center.
