The location was very central, just 3 minutes from Alexanderplatz with many restaurants, bars, and public transport nearby. Nicole at the reception was very lovely and kept checking if I was okay while waiting for check-in. The room was large, modern, spacious with huge 3m walls, a balcony with an ashtray for smoking, and a great walk-in shower. Check-in and check-out were automated and really fast.
