Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with balconies and well-equipped kitchenettes. The hotel provided complimentary drinks including water and beer. Breakfast was tasty and served with excellent staff service, especially from a helpful receptionist named Lisa. The location was close to public transport, allowing easy access to the city center as well as nearby parks, lakes, and restaurants. A unique initiative donated money to an animal shelter for every canceled room service request.
