Friendly staff and smooth check-in/check-out were appreciated, the breakfast was continental and basic without hot options but good enough to start the day, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious with a shower, tram stops were right outside the hotel providing easy access to Alexanderplatz which was about a 15-minute walk away or two tram stops.
