The hotel was centrally located near Alexanderplatz, offering easy access to the tram system. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable with daily housekeeping. The buffet breakfast was very good, and the staff proved friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Convenience shops and supermarkets were close by for added ease.
