The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the reception were welcoming, kind, helpful, extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. The room was spotless, well maintained, quiet with a compact but very clean bathroom. Wi-Fi worked great while electrical sockets were located at the desk rather than near the bed. The hotel was conveniently located close to the underground and other public transport about 300 metres from the train station which made getting around Berlin easy.
