The location was convenient for exploring Berlin, supported by great transport links. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Although the hotel lacked on-site dining options and could benefit from refurbishment, the breakfast offered fresh and tasty European fare. The atmosphere remained quiet without intrusive staff presence.
