Friendly and helpful staff, especially with transportation and luggage storage, made the stay easier. The location was great with easy access to Berlin central station, Brandenburg Gate within 20 minutes walking, and tram stops outside. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with an en suite bathroom. Breakfast was decent.
