The staff were very friendly and helpful, with Conrad and Edeka assisting in recovering a lost backpack. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and had most things needed for a quiet night. The hotel was well connected to various subway lines and buses, located in an area with many bars, cafés, restaurants, Karstadt nearby, and parking available behind the hotel suitable for a wide van.
