Very clean, modern, and spacious room with a big bed and nice bathroom was quiet with a window that could be opened for fresh air. The staff were professional, polite, and helpful, Martin on duty gave a handwritten birthday note, two glasses of Prosecco, and information about nearby Christmas markets. The location was great next to the U-Bahn station with public transport stops literally next door making access to Berlin Main Train Station easy within six stops by bus or tram.
