The hostel provided a clean room with comfortable beds and fresh sheets. The location was very convenient, situated next to the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station and close to public transport. Staff were relaxed, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. A balcony was available in some rooms, adding extra comfort. Lockers were accessible for guest use during the visit.
