The hotel was located near the Uber Arena, train station, and shopping centre. Rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with blackout curtains and ample towels. Breakfast offered a variety of cheeses and delicatessen items. The staff was friendly, and check-out times were generous. The East Side Gallery was visible from breakfast areas.
