The location was great and very accessible with trams, trains, and the Underground nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with hot water available at all times. Breakfast was tasty and varied with good coffee. Parking was available for an extra fee but had no lift from parking to the lobby which made carrying luggage difficult.
