The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, providing free coffee upon arrival. Rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring ensuite bathrooms and basic amenities. The property included several lifts, a bar, and a café area in the lobby. Located in the vibrant Neukölln neighborhood with easy subway access, it offered proximity to numerous restaurants and shops. Luggage storage was available for convenience.
