The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Facilities included a washer and dryer, with easy access via a lock box code. The location offered excellent public transport connections to the city center and convenient proximity to BER airport. The surrounding area was peaceful, near the river and woods. The regatta grounds were just across the street from the property.
