Helpful host Katharin Viner was available the whole time and answered questions quickly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped with heating, and recently renovated with new inventory. Great location near U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, quiet courtyard, easy ground floor access, bike storage outside, and restaurants nearby.
