The apartment was spacious, clean, and well heated, providing comfort during the cold season. Its location was excellent, situated directly opposite the subway station and within walking distance to Alexanderplatz. A balcony with a seating area offered a pleasant outdoor space. Nearby shops and a supermarket were just minutes away on foot. The building’s proximity to public transport made exploring Berlin convenient.
