The apartment was spacious, clean, and had good heating with basic equipment. The location was great in Charlottenburg, close to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, a lovely bakery nearby, free parking, and parks like Olivaerplatz and Preußenpark were not far away. Bernd was accommodating and responsive, providing instructions via WhatsApp for late check-in and even bringing a fan when requested. The kitchen had good appliances, the bathroom was wonderful, bed linen was excellent with several blankets available, and Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
