Clean and comfortable apartment had a well-equipped kitchen with free coffee, new bathroom, and good shower. The soundproofing was enough to sleep well despite being close to a big street, and the building was well insulated without AC needed during summer. Parking spot was private and convenient. Communication with the owner Constantin was perfect, including a helpful Notion page about the flat. Location was central near many restaurants, shops, public transport like S-Bahn and bus stops, quiet at night yet close to city center and TU Berlin.
