The apartment was very clean and modern with a beautiful view of the Havel from the balcony, quiet surroundings, and good equipment. The owner was very friendly with smart key handover and good communication. The location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, a bathing spot nearby, and only 10 minutes walk to the next bus stop, underground parking and elevator were also available.
